Excellent value for money. Free wifi and computer access. Vending machine in lobby. Rooms well cleaned every day! Each room decorated differently, simply, with thought. Metro station just behind hotel. Pretty park and river a short walk away. Staff very accommodating.
The stairs in the buliding are not well lit and the elevator is a little dodgy if you have big suitcases. It is out of Bilbao central, but is a 10 min metro ride away.

free internet, close to authentic part of town as in not flashy area, TV in room.
Noisey, other geusts comming and going at all hours with no condideration for others, perhaps staff with some english language skills, essential to attract foreign business, and I had to pay twice because of a booking error.

We stayed here during Bilbao bbk Live festival. It's very close to both the bus & metro. This is very basic accomm but super cheap. The staff didn't speak much English but were incredibly accommodating & stored our bags during the day & allowed us to sit in their lobby & use their wifi while we waited for our late evening bus. There's a bar around the corner near the bus stop (it has outdoor seating which might help to locate it) which has great food - be sure to order the potatoes with aioli!!!

Very expensive for a backpackers crash site. No public parking available except search for a place on the street. Your website led me to believe that a public parking facility was nearby. Not true! This place is for backpackers and should not be more than 30 Euros per night for the room with an ensuite bathroom. Less without.

This was a one night stopover. I got the last flight on and needed to get an early bus out. This place was cheap and easy to book. There is a couple of tapas bars around and a taxi rank and bus round the corner. I think next time I would stay nearer the autobus station and maybe catch the bus from the airport. Will save money that way.
Basic affordable clean pension house. No frills. No fuss. Does exactly what it says on the tin!
